GENERAL
1. Only persons aged 16 years old and above are eligible to participate in this lucky draw as hereinafter defined.
2. Subject to clause 1 above, this lucky draw is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents, holders of valid employment passes or work permits, with the exception of employees of Galderma (S) Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “we”, “Cetaphil” or “Galderma”), its affiliate companies, associated agencies, advertising agencies, dealers, distributors, vendors, participating outlets, promoters and their relatives.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the term “Cetaphil” shall also include third parties (including but not limited to any agent, partner, participating establishment and/or contractor) involved in the running and/or mechanics of this lucky draw.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS
4. By participating in this lucky draw, participants agree to and shall abide by, the terms and conditions and rules and regulations (the “Terms and Rules”) applicable to and governing this lucky draw.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
5. Galderma reserves the right at any time and in its absolute discretion to vary the Terms and Rules (or any part thereof) and/or to withdraw or terminate the lucky draw without prior notice or reason.
6. All decisions made by Galderma in relation to the lucky draw, its Terms and Rules and any aspect thereof are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
7. All Goods and Services (as defined in clause 14 herein) are:

- subject to stock availability;
- not exchangeable for cash or credit unless specifically stated;
- if unclaimed in accordance with the Terms and Rules, will be dealt with at Galderma’s sole discretion; and
- Galderma reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the said products, goods, items, premiums and/or prizes at any time without prior notice.
PRIVACY
8. Galderma collects, uses and discloses participants’ personal information and data in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy at https://cetaphilfriends.com.sg/privacy-policy/. The Privacy and Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time and we encourage participants to check back regularly for updates to the same.
9. Each participant has the right to access, review and request a physical or electronic copy of the information held about you. Each participant also has the right to request information on the source of your Personal Data. Where provided by law, each participant can (i) request deletion, the portability, correction or revision of your Personal Data; (ii) limit the use and disclosure of his Personal Data; and (iii) revoke consent to any of our data processing activities.
10. The collection and use of personal data are by Galderma and are only for Cetaphil Brand Month x Samsung Galaxy S22+ Lucky Draw 2022 purposes. Amazon, Pandamart, Qoo10, National Healthcare Group Pharmacy, Cold Storage, Unity, Redmart, Guardian Health & Beauty, Watsons, FairPrice, Lazada, Shopee and any other retailers not mentioned above are not responsible in any way for the personal data collected.
WARRANTY AND USE OF RECORDS
11. Each participant warrants that any information provided pursuant to this lucky draw (including but not limited to name, contact details and number(s) and/or addresses) is true, accurate, valid and to be relied upon by Galderma (S) Pte Ltd. Each participant shall be responsible for keeping Galderma informed of any update to the information initially provided, as necessary.
12. By participating in this lucky draw, the participants agree to take part in any promotional or publicity exercise as may be conducted by Galderma (S) Pte Ltd. Any record in any medium arising out of or in connection with such promotional or publicity exercise including but not limited to the participants’ performance, appearance, likeness, personal particulars, photographs, audio/visual recordings and/or written responses (the “Records”) shall to the fullest extent permitted by law be the sole property of Galderma and in any case the participants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally at no cost, grant Galderma all consents and waivers necessary for Galderma to make or retain such records and use and/or publish the same in any manner as Galderma shall in its sole discretion deem fit.
13. Where permissible and to the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant waives all rights which the participant may acquire or have or be entitled to under the law (and any subsequent enactment or amendments thereto) in respect of or in relation to, the Records.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14. Galderma accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, expense, delay or irregularity (“Loss”) arising out of or in connection with the lucky draw.
15. In particular and without prejudice to clause 12, Galderma disclaims any liability in respect of any Loss (whether suffered by the participants, their families or third parties) arising from or in connection with or as a result of:

- any incomplete or inaccurate or illegible information provided by the participants;
- any third parties’ provision of goods and/or services (including but not limited to any communication, delivery or electronic messaging services); and
- the possession and/or use of the Goods and Services as defined hereafter.

16. Galderma makes no product representation or warranties, expressed or implied and disclaims any and all liability, as to the condition, quality, merchantability or fitness for use of prizes, premiums, goods, products, items and/or services pertaining and/or provided to or received by the participant pursuant to the lucky draw (the “Goods and Services”).

17. The details of the lucky draw are set out in Schedule 1.
OTHER TERMS
18. Unless otherwise stated, Galderma is under no obligation to contact winning participants to inform them of their prize or prize collection details. Should Galderma choose to do so, we will make only reasonable efforts to contact winning participants.
19. Any prize collection/redemption must be supported by original identification and any original receipt/document matching the winner’s registration details. Galderma reserves the right to reject any winner who at the time of prize collection or redemption, cannot produce the necessary original supporting document(s), or if the supporting document(s) is/are defaced, torn, damaged or illegible.
20. Winners are to collect and/or redeem their prize within the stated collection/redemption period. Galderma reserves the right to forfeit any prize that is not collected and/or redeemed within the aforesaid period.
21. Where registration is required prior to participation in this lucky draw, each participant shall be responsible for furnishing correct and accurate details.
22. Winners must utilize the prize and no transfer of name or exchange of the prize for cash, credit or any other kind will be allowed. All prizes are subject to the issuing or coordinating organisations’ terms and conditions as applicable.
23. Without prejudice and in addition to any term herein, Galderma shall not be liable for any loss or claim arising from any delay, error or otherwise arising from any communications, hardware or software failure.
24. Failure to comply with any of the Terms and Rules of this lucky draw will result in an invalid entry/disqualification.
25. Without prejudice to any of its other rights, Galderma reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraud and/or reject fraudulent entries as determined in its sole discretion.
SCHEDULE 1

LUCKY DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Galderma will not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, corrupted, illegible, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted communications or to other delays, or errors of any kind in the transmission.
2. Instances of incomplete entries include, but are not limited to, submissions of receipts and/or screenshots that are unclear or cannot be viewed, incomplete provision of personal information and incorrect entry of email subject.
3. Galderma shall not be liable for any winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functional contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or otherwise fails to confirm his/her address for the prize delivery or prize delivery schedule within 2 weeks from the date of the award notification the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner shall be selected.
4. qualified winners will each receive a Samsung Galaxy S22+.
5. The winners will be selected from all eligible entries received throughout the lucky draw period.
6. The selected winners for the lucky draw will be contacted via phone or email and must satisfy all verification requirements before being awarded the prize.
7. In case of any dispute on the selection of the winner(s) and/or the Prize, Galderma reserves the right to make the final decision.
8. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. Galderma reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the entrants.
10. All personal data collected will only be used for the purposes of Cetaphil Brand Month x Samsung Galaxy S22+ Lucky Draw 2022 (1 March – 7 April 2022). And by submitting this entry, you are consenting your personal data to Galderma for communication purposes via phone or email.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. Purchase $75 worth of any Cetaphil products in a single receipt from our participating retailers between 1 March – 7 April 2022. Check our list of participating retailers at https://cetaphilfriends.com.sg/events-and-happenings/.
2. Submit your particulars and take a picture of your receipt and upload your receipt at https://cetaphilfriends.com.sg/events-and-happenings/ to stand a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy S22+.
3. Submissions must be received by 14 April 2022, 2359.
